I thoroughly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfy.

I enjoyed my stay because the big fridge was perfect for keeping snacks while exploring the nearby Ten Thousand Islands National Wildlife Refuge, just a quick 500 meters away, making it easy to fill my days with local nature, and the staff were fantastic and genuinely helpful throughout my visit.

The hotel provided good prices. The venue was located close to the city center, the beach, and Naples. The staff and people generally were really friendly and exceptionally nice:)))

Sadly, there was no pool.

The location was very convenient, close to paradise coast sports complex and other amenities. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We even managed to secure a late checkout, a nice touch!

The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned upon arrival, and the overall facilities showed signs of age, lacking blackout curtains which resulted in disturbances from street lights during the night.

Had a nice spacious room with a big fridge, a lifesaver 😊 Just wish there were more kitchen supplies provided. Overall a decent stay!

The staff member at the front desk welcomed us warmly when we arrived , made a good impression. The second room we were assigned was much better and quite spacious for our needs.

We only stayed one night, but Jennifer really made a difference! She quickly helped us switch rooms and was so apologetic it was cute. The location was decent, but wish there were more dining options nearby. Still, had a nice stay overall.

I really enjoyed the convenience of having a full kitchenette, which makes traveling with kids so much easier! The beds were super comfy too, perfect for resting after long days. The room's setup was efficient, although the kitchenware was missing, but we made it work.

I checked into the Woodspring Suites in Naples after a long drive and was met with friendly staff. The room had a nice layout, which I appreciated. The things I didn't like became quite apparent quickly. The room had a strange smell that was hard to shake, probably due to the lack of proper cleaning. The bathroom could've used some attention. It wasn't fresh, and there was a cleanliness issue, made me a bit uneasy. The air conditioning took a while to cool the room was good. Thankfully, I found a huge fridge which was a great feature, but the lack of cooking facilities made it less convenient. I felt that the value didn't quite match the service provided. Although the staff tried to be accommodating, the facilities seemed outdated and needed more care. I left feeling that I deserved a better experience for the price paid.
